# AXEL Vault

"AXEL Vault" is the magic behind AXEL tokenomics, that insures a perpetual auction with a deflationary token.

* **Source**: After the initial 14-day period, AXEL Vault is the exclusive source for auction tokens.
* **Starting Supply**: AXEL Vault begins with 200 millions tokens.
* **Daily Auction**: 20% of the tokens in AXEL Vault are available for auction each day after Day 14.
* **Token Entry**: Tokens enter AXEL Vault when purchased via AXEL's Buy and Burn/Feed mechanism.
* **Recycling Mechanism**: 67% of tokens acquired from the liquidity pool through the [Buy and Burn/Feed](/buy-and-support-and-burn-and-feed.md) are sent to AXEL Vault.
